1. For my independent study I plan to work with Majid Barmaki the owner of BB sweets factory
2. In the last two weeks I have already meet the reqiurment, and will continue to get more hours.
3. If i do my service learning with Majid barmaki I will learn what it takes to run a profitable persian cookie factory.

cookie- a small cake made from stiff, sweet dough rolled and sliced or dropped by spoonfuls on a large, flat pan (cookie sheet) and baked.
